How to claim your MMK Policy during the Lockdown?

We have simplified the claiming process in order to eliminate human contact, as our means to contribute towards stopping the spread of Corona Virus (Covid 19).

1. Download and complete Application Form

Request our mobile friendly Death Claim Form that can be completed without printing, on any touch enable mobile phone.

2. Send through the complete Application Form.

Send the completed application form and all relevant required documents to, and you will get confirmation.

3. Wait for an outcome of your claim.

Our turnaround time has been affected by the Lock-down, however, we will still strive to finalize your claims within 48 hours.

Turnaround time refers to the time it will take us to assess your claim, approve and give feedback.

All our office are closed but we have made provision for all vital operations, including claims and funeral arrangements.

A police report (A report compiled by SAPS detailing an incident that led to death) is mandatory if the cause of death is unnatural.

Payment of premiums during a lock-down

Outstanding premiums may affect the outcome of your claim, hence we have introduced simplified ways to pay your premiums even in times of limited mobility/movement.

We currently only support the following payment methods; 1. Debit Order, 2. EasyPay (Where you can go and pay at Supermarkets that support EasyPay or that has a Money Market facility.
